JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Vigilance. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.123 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the Panchayat Teacher Employment Committee has terminated the services of the petitioner Lalita Kumari. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50377 of 2022(7) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.123 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
