The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for offence under section 188, 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He war arrested in connection with seizure of 55 liters of 'toddy'. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.05.2018.

Considering the fact petitioner is clean antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one month, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33906 of 2018(2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act cum Additional Sessions Judge IV, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
