2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 323, 504 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner took Rs. 1,10,000/- from the complainant at the pretext of securing job for him in foreign country.

4. The notices were sent to O.P. No. 2, but none appeared for him.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 249 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. After accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
