The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 121 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30 (a), 30(1) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, and petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly two months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
