In view of the statement made in counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 1 and 3 as well as on behalf of respondent no. 4 and 5, it appears that most of the admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid.

However, it is the submission of counsel for the petitioner that some amount of provident fund has not been paid as yet.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2842 of 2017 dt.14-05-2019 2/2 petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed, respondent no. 4 will dispose of the same by speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
