JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13243 of 2023, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 22.01.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of inadvertence the defects could not be removed within time,

Patna High Court MJC No.2384 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 however, he undertakes to remove the defects pointed out by the registry within a period of four weeks from today, thus a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid petition be restored to its original file.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 13243 of 2023 to its original file, subject to removal of the defects pointed out by registry, within a period of four weeks from today.

The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
