JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7672 of 2015 (4) dt.02-07-2015 the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners in these cases are in-laws of the deceased. The informant, the father of deceased has stated in the First Information Report that his daughter died on 15.4.2014. It is the prosecution case that in-laws of the deceased killed her because of land dispute between him and other members of the family. The husband of the deceased is not an accused in the FIR, who is said to have stated that there was no land dispute between him and other members of the family.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that there is no material to make out a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against these petitioners.

In view of the submission as above, let above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., (West), Muzaffarpur in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
