====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 262 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 32 ltrs of Taddy was recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51014 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Excise Case No. 262 of 2019.
