2. This modification has been preferred to modify the order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28882 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is wrongly recorded in order dated 26.07.2022 that 'petitioner is still ready to keep her (wife) with full honour and dignity'. He further submits that it is also wrongly recorded that petitioner is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to opposite party no.2 in the second week of every month for a period of one year.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the case record, the sentence 'petitioner is still ready to

5. Accordingly, the order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28882 of 2021 is corrected to the extent of only one sentence, as indicated above, and rest of the order shall remain intact.

6. With aforesaid modification in order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28882 of 2021, this application stands disposed of.
