2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1052 of 2023 with respect to rectify the father's name of both the petitioners and for extending the period of surrender.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to clerical mistake, the father's name of both the petitioners have wrongly been mentioned in the petition as Vikash Malakar @ Vikash Kumar, Son of Upendra Mahto instead of Vikash Malakar @ Vikash Kumar, son of Bipin Bhagat and Nitish
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57466 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Kumar @ Gonga Yadav, son of Arun Prasad instead of Nitish Kumar @ Gonga Yadav, son of Kuldeep Yadav.
3. Let the same be corrected and read accordingly.
4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
5. The order dated 07.02.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
