2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16085 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner does not have liberty to approach this Court after every few months for bail once his application for bail has been rejected.

5. The learned counsel for the informant undertakes to get the trial expedited. He shall approach the District Judge, Patna for expeditious disposal of the trial and if the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52877 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 counsel for the informant approaches District Judge, Patna, the District Judge will see to it that the trial is expedited.

6. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is also directed to see to it that the earlier directions of this Court are complied with.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
