Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 341, 323 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2021, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The informant alleges that his daughter was married to Deepak Bind and the petitioners along with the husband of the deceased were demanding motorcycle and the informant received

No.60127 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 information that his daughter has been killed and her body was disposed of and when on hearing the news informant went to the place of occurrence, he was assaulted and he got injured. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property with Deepak Bind. Learned counsel further submits that the husband of the deceased is in custody.
Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted and the husband of the deceased is in custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Chainpur P.S.
