2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing respondent no. 3 to dispose of the Appeal No. 39 of 2021 which was filed against the order dated 12.12.2020 passed by the respondent no. 4 which is still pending for consideration before the respondent no. 3 since 2021.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to disposed of the Appeal No. 39 of 2021 which is still pending for consideration since 2021 in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this
