The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary of the present case has already been received.

Learned counsel for the State submits that girl, in question, has not been recovered till date and there is sufficient material in the case diary to indicate the involvement of the petitioner, his father as well as one Md. Billal, brother of this petitioner.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant
