2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, to direction/directions to the respondents examine the records of the land of Mouza Kopa, Thana No.

431. Khata No. 03, Plot Nos. 2002, 2009

Patna High Court CWJC No.10891 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 containing area 18 Katha of which the Petitioner and others are in possession since more that 70 years and Respondent No. 7 in connivance with 8 and 9 who are land Respondent Nos. Mafia tried to grab the land and he gave frivolous application before the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, District Saran at Chapra for measurement of the land and the Circle Officer in connivance of the land Mafia i.e. Respondent Nos. 8, 9 without examining the report of his subordinates, arbitrarily issued notice dated 15.05.2026 vide Memo No. 1097 only for the purpose of grabbing the land of the Petitioner and further direct the respondents not to disturb the possession of the Petitioner over the said land and for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, submits that he is ready to get his revenue records examined by the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, Saran at Chapra so that the actual facts of the land in question (incorporated in paragraph 1 of the prayer) comes to light.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner cooperates in the matter both records shall be taken into account and the field inspection/measurement shall also be undertaken so that the petitioner's bona fide prayer is/are accepted.

5. This Court expects the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Circle Officer, Jalalpur, Saran at Chapra in next four weeks who shall be hearing him as also the other stakeholders and see to it that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitioner is disposed of.
