JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is father of co-accused Santosh Das, has approached this Court, invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to quash an order relating to issuance of process under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against son of the petitioner.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's son is traceless and, as such, a complaint was filed by the petitioner against in-laws of his son. This is the ground for making a prayer for quashing of the process issued under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10909 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 not been disputed that the son of the petitioner has been made accused in Complaint Case no.C-250/2014, in which after cognizance, processes were earlier issued.

I do not find any ground to interfere with the order. The petition stands dismissed.
