JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,149, 504, 436, 427, 307, 160, 295(A), 353 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it has been submitted that in this case similarly situated other co-accused have been allowed bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27302 of 2018, 27303 of 2018 and 27704 of 2018 and as such the petitioners also deserve sympathetic consideration.

Learned APP fairly submits that other similarly situated co-accused have been allowed bail by other coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35353 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No.94 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
