Petitioner is in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 2590/2018 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 132/2018 for alleged offence punishable under section (30)A of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was arrested in connection with seizure of mahua wine approximately 80 liters. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused has been granted bail. It appears from the stamp report that Ravi Ranjan Kumar was granted bail vide order dated 24.05.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 32022 of 2018.

Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Spl. Case No. 2590 of 2018 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018.
