The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 315 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 32 and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that petitioner is not the owner of the alleged motorcycle from where the alleged recovery has been made, as is evident from supplementary affidavit. No.61025 of 2021(3) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 315 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
