JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 At the very outset, Sri Vijay Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GA-11 as well as Sri T.N.Matin, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Devendra Kumar, learned counsel for Respondent no.6, submits that the dispute in relation to land in question is already pending before the court of competent jurisdiction.

In view of the fact that the matter is pending before the court of competent jurisdiction, the Court is of the opinion that no positive order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14985 of 2010 (8) dt.07-07-2015 The writ petition stands disposed of with an indication that the result of the suit will have binding effect on all the parties.
