JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.6.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.25580 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has not been framed in this case as yet and petitioner is in custody for about one and a half years and the recovery of 4 kg. ganja is less than commercial quantity.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.36660 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-X-cum-Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 07 of 2017, arising out of G.R.P., Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S.Case No. 16 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the trial court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
