1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 3⁄4 D.P. Act.

3. The learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the case was referred from mediation and the mediation proceeding culminated successful.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 submits that the O.P No.2 presently is staying at her matrimonial home and the petitioner has left for Kolkata, where

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner works in a shop at Kolkata and whatever he earns he sends to the O.P. No.2 for her expenses. It is also submitted that from now on the petitioner will deposit some amount in the account of O.P. No.2 for her expenses.

6. Since the mediation proceeding has culminated successfully, as such, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tr. No. 2645/2022 arising out of Complaint Case No.1460/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
