In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019 (G.R. No. 909 of 2019) registered for offences under sections 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, on 28.5.2019 at about 1.40 O'Clock, the Informant went to his shop and saw that the lock of the shop was broken and three persons were removing the goods of the shop. Seeing the Informant, the accused persons started to flee but one accused was caught by him who disclosed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48440 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 his name as Lalan Kumar Paswan. He also disclosed the name of the present petitioners being involved in the offence. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
