The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a criminal prosecution registered under Sections 304B/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners happen to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased and further taking into consideration the fact that both of them have been specifically named in the F.I.R vide Annexure-1 as accused with specific allegations of their active participation in the crime in question and also taking into consideration the fact that the husband of the deceased is still absconding, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 142 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, is hereby rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of one month from today and apply for regular
