The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made near the petrol pump. Petitioner has no concerned with the recovered materials. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34253 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018,, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
