The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case at the instance of local politics. Further he submits that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
