====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case no. 39 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.8011 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/3 As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with his family members has tortured in various ways due to nonfulfillment dowry demand and finally they ousted her from matrimonial home after snatching her belongings. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioner no. 1 in mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the informant and have been falsely implicated in this case. They have never demanded any thing from the informant. The main responsibility to maintain the informant is upon her husband and not against these petitioners.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner this Court is inclined to enlarge them on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case no. 39 of 2020 he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 5th cum-Sub-
