2. The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 03.07.2024 for adding the alias name of the petitioner as Anugrah Singh alias Anugrah Narayan Singh.

3. In this case, the relief was granted to the petitioner 03.07.2024 and now the modification petition has been filed submitting that he is also known by the alias name of Anugrah Narayan Singh and in that background, he is facing difficulty in furnishing the bail bond.

4. Learned APP, Mr. Bharat Bhushan opposes the prayer submitting that the petitioner was not diligent enough to incorporate his alias name in the main petition.

5. Though, the fault lies with the petitioner, considering that relief has been granted to him, the order dated 03.07.2024 is modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner be read as Anugrah Singh @ Anugrah Narayan Singh son of Jagarnath Singh, R/o Village- Jainagar, P.S.- Akorhigola, District- Rohtas.

6. The present petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram (exclusively for the purchase of journals).

7. The period of surrender is also extended for further four weeks from today.
