wives of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture and making assault.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that earlier also Complaint Case No. 837 of 2012 was filed with accusation under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code wherein petitioners along with husband and parents of the husband of the informant were made accused but ultimately cognizance was taken only against the husband and parents of the husband of the informant and no cognizance was taken against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12757 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 the petitioners. There is omnibus and general accusation against the entire in-laws family.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
