Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 39(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He has been implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34437 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S.
