JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2017 Vide order dated 27.4.2016 passed in M.J.C. No. 2637 of 2015 wherein the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 838 of 2009 has been quoted but, in the last portion, the period has been mentioned as "from 3.12.2002 to 18.02.2003" in place of "3.12.2002 to 18.02.2007".

Although the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court MJC No.514 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 No. 838 of 2009 has been modified vide order dated 2.2.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 838 of 2009 but typing mistake remains the same in M.J.C. No. 2637 of 2015.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 27.4.2016 passed in M.J.C. No. 2637 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in the quotation portion in the last line, "18.02.2003" will be read as "18.02.2007".

This application is, accordingly, allowed to the extent indicated above.
