Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

It was submitted by Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he has instruction from the petitioner to pursue this matter before this Court on account of death of learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Alim Jang Khan, but no vakalatnama has been filed by Mr. Sanjay Kumar on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Kumar further submits that
