2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 379 and 411 off the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of stealing a motorcycle. He is in jail since 12.06.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Pandaul Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bondsof the petitioner.
