2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.
3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S Case No. 103 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023 registered for the offence punishable u/s 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants boarded on two motorcycles are alleged to have came and committed robbery in the bank and looted Rs. 4,81,000/-, golden chain of 6 tola and some other documents i.e
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51035 of 2023(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/3 Aadhar Card, Pan Card and Voter ID Card etc.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the self confessional statement of the petitioner. The said recovered amount of Rs. 1,15,000/- from the petitioner's house does not match with the serial number of notes looted from the bank. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in one more criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that Rs. 1,15,000/- was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023 with the following condition:- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically

8. The application stands allowed.
