JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is that they were armed with lathi and assaulted the informant and others. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a case and counter case and two persons from their side have sustained injuries. He further submits that it appears from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11386 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 prosecution case that these petitioners were working in their field. Furthermore, one of the co-accused namely, Pravin Singh @ Guddu Singh @ Pravin Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5856 of 2016.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
