The petitioner has been in custody since 11.03.2018 in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 628 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/ 323/386/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is a sequel to the occurrence of eve-teasing by the son of the informant. It is further submitted that since the petitioner is the brother of the girl who had been eve-teased, the mother of the boy (Aryan Singh) has filed this case false case making frivolous allegations against the petitioner actually there was no call from the present petitioner to meet him and the case is entirely

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36598 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 concocted. Subsequently, the compromise petition was also filed by the mother of the informant boy, namely, the present informant Archana Singh.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 628 of 2017.
