BAJANTHRI) 30-07-2024 The present MJC contempt is filed insofar as noncompliance of the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in CWJC No.8148/2022 and the present petition is presented in the month of July, 2024. Having regard to the Co-ordinate Bench decision in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha & Ors. Vs. The Union of India & Ors bearing M.J.C. No.1840 of 2023 in C.W.J.C. No. 13888 of 2016 and recently Hon'ble Supreme Court on 22.07.2024 in the case of S. Tirupathi Rao vs. M. Lingamaiah & Ors. reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1764. The present writ petition is not maintainable on the issue of limitation.

2. Accordingly, the present MJC No.2375/2024 stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ
