The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 353/384/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Sumit Pandit has already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.21914 of 2018.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2017 and he has already completed nine months of custody. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
