The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Piprahi P.S.Case No.88/15 for the offences under Sections 366, 376, 379, 323, 347, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

Case diary in the present case which was called for has since been received in the present case.

The allegation against the petitioner is one under Section 376 of the I.P.C.

After considering all aspects of the matter including the materials in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
