The instant Miscellaneous Appeal was filed on 8th March, 2017 but the same was never listed. Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the case may be listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" so that he may withdraw the Miscellaneous Appeal in order to enable the appellant to exhaust alternative remedy in terms of the circular of the government.
