2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 324, 307, 354B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, an altercation took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Though it is alleged that petitioner assaulted informant with farsa but there is no injury report on record to substantiate the allegation levelled against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P. S. Case No. 379 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
