Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is a police officer who in his self statement has stated that on 08.05.2019 when he was on patrolling duty at about 11:00 am he reached near the residence of Sohail Ahmad and saw that people are quarreling among themselves and shouting loudly and when he asked the reason for quarreling one person told that he is an employee of Hum Nirdhan Hum Sathi Nidhi Limited Micro Finance Company of Motihari which has 17 branches. The Financial Company is engaged in fixed deposit, recurring deposit and daily deposit of its customers and also provide loan. He alleged that the employees of the

No.49050 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/3 company started embezzlement of money when he opposed said embezzlement the Director of the Company Alok Kumar Singh and his brother Sanjay Kumar Sahni intimidated him and said that the company was closed and employees had come there for their salary. Informant has further stated that he suspected that petitioner and his brother are are involved in nepotism in loan sanction and embezzlement of money collected from customers. No customer has made any allegation of being cheated or his money being embezzled by the petitioner and same is based upon the suspicion alleged by the Informant. Informant had went there only to inquire regarding quarrel between the people assembled at the residence of Sohail Ahmad. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.05.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Bettiah(M) P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019, with following conditions:- (1)Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the
