JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-01-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 579 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 406, 419, 420, 414, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

One Raushan Kumar was arrested by the police, when he was attempting to withdraw the money in Canara Bank. He disclosed that he is engaged in cyber crime. He used to transfer the money from the account of the customers in his own account. He has also disclosed that he had opened the bank account in the

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Suruchi Kumari is the sister of main accused Raushan Kumar. She is a lady of clean antecedent and she is a student of B.A. Part-I. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 579 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
