Perused the impugned order dated 29.4.2016, passed by the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Bhagalpur in Misc. Appeal No. 26 of 1998.

From perusal of the impugned order it appears that the some foul play was made by the petitioner. It further appears that the advocate who signed in the compromise application on behalf of respondent clearly stated before the court that the respondent has not instructed him nor he knew about the compromise and therefore, learned court has rightly passed the impugned order. In no case, impugned order can be said to be illegal, irrational or passed in the manner not permitted by law.

Thus, this Civil Misc. application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) siddharth/- U
