2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 17(a), 18(a), 21(a) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024.

3. As per the allegation, 245 grams of ganja was recovered from the cowshed. The petitioner and co-accused Sagar Mandal were apprehended by the police and from the place of occurrence the said contraband was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. It appears that petitioner has four criminal antecedents including a case of NDPS Act hence, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
