On account of death of Pushpa Devi, her mother had filed complaint petition whereupon instant case has been registered. Gone through the same as well as also perused the case diary.

Taking into account the status of petitioner no.1 to be husband, I do not see it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence prayer for anticipatory bail relating to petitioner no.1, Gautam Pandit is hereby rejected.

So far petitioners Dropadi Devi, Ramjee Pandit, Guddu Pandit, Mithilesh Pandit are concerned, each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8318 of 2015 (3) dt.30-04-2015 amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.282 of 2014 in the event of their arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
