The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. On the information that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid, when one Umesh Bhar @ Rudal Bhar was apprehended from whom one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered, who disclosed the name of the person, who fled away from the place of the seizure.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 158 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the learned court below on filing of the affidavit by the petitioner that he will regularly cooperate in the investigation. The non-cooperation in the investigation will give liberty to the investigating agency to file appropriate application before the learned court below for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
