Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is Chairman of Bantara PACS.
Allegation is that he did not pay the cost of the paddy of the referred farmer which amounted to Rs. Four Lacs and odd, detailed in the FIR.
Submission is that the petitioner has already refunded Rs.1,60,000/- in connection with two certificate cases instituted for recovery of the FIR mentioned amount and is ready to deposit Rs. One Lac before filing of the bail bond and remaining amount within three monthly

On the aforesaid undertaking of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Deokund Police Station Case No.12 of 2017, subject to the condition that if the petitioner would fail to comply his undertaking, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond and take into custody and both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
