Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murliganj P. S. case no. 15/2015 registered under sections 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is named in the first information report but only allegation against him is that victim had taken sim from the petitioner. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, it came to light that an altercation had taken place between petitioner and the victim prior to alleged occurrence due to payment of dues.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14472 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Murliganj P. S. case no. 15/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
