JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 27-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, the learned counsel for the informant and perused the case diary of this case.

The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 504, 506, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault due to which the informant and two others sustained injury. It is submitted that the medical report is not in consonance with the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2022 having no criminal antecedent and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 9 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No. 343 of 2022) to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur.
